Equitable Trust's Management Team

		Andrew Moor President and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Moor joined Equitable as President and Chief Executive Officer in March 2007. Immediately prior to joining Equitable, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Invis Inc., Canada’s largest residential mortgage brokerage and had previously been President of SMED International Inc, a TSX-listed manufacturer of office interiors. Mr. Moor commenced his career in financial services with CIBC Wood Gundy in investment banking and private equity. Mr. Moor is a director of the Trust Companies Association and a past Chair and current member of the Government Relations Committee of the Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals. He holds an MBA from the University of British Columbia and a B.Sc. (Eng) from University College London.

		William Edmunds Senior Vice-President, Chief Risk Officer Mr. Edmunds joined the Company in 2007 with a 30-year business track record. Prior to joining Equitable, Mr. Edmunds held the position of President and Chief Risk Officer of GE Money Trust Company. He has held executive positions with financial institutions for over 14 years. He is a Certified General Accountant and a Fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers.

		Tim Wilson Vice-President & Chief Financial Officer In 2012, Mr. Wilson joined the Company as Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer. Previously he held the position of President of Visa Canada and had prior experience in a senior executive position with CIBC and as a consultant with Monitor Group. He received his CA designation in 1997 while working with Ernst and Young. Mr. Wilson brings over 10 years of valuable experience in the financial services industry. Mr. Wilson holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B. Comm from Queen's University.

		Kim Kukulowicz Vice-President, Residential Sales and Partner Relations Ms. Kukulowicz is a finance executive with more than 20 years of leadership successes in the mortgage industry. She is the longest standing employee at Equitable Trust having serviced the Company for the past two decades primarily in mortgage operations. Kim brings comprehensive knowledge of sales management, underwriting and mortgage administration, combined with a disciplined approach to risk management and deal negotiations. Since 2010, she has overseen the national sales team for the Single Family division which has experienced exceptional growth in mortgage originations and stronger broker and partner relationships.

		Jody Sperling Vice President, Human Resources Jody began her career as a recruiter and has since accrued 20+ years of experience as an HR professional. Jody’s extensive career includes several years in financial services. Most recently she was Manager of Human Resources at SunOpta Food Distribution Group. At the beginning of 2006 Jody joined The Equitable Trust Company where she currently heads the HR department as Vice President, Human Resources. Jody attended the University of Western Ontario.

		Ron Tratch Vice-President, Commercial Credit In 2011, Ron joined Equitable Trust as Vice President Commercial Credit. Previously, he held the position of Sr. Vice President at GE Capital Canada and was a partner in a Private Equity firm. Throughout his 17 year career, Ron has focused on operations and business development in various areas including real estate, corporate and project finance, as well as leveraged acquisitions, proactive risk management and financial restructuring. Ron holds a BComm from the University of Calgary and is a Certified Management Accountant.

		Brian Leland Vice-President, Residential Credit Brian has held various positions at Equitable Trust since joining the company in 2004 as Manager of Residential Sales and Business Development. In 2011, he joined the Management Team as Vice President, Residential Credit. Prior to joining Equitable, Brian held credit and sales roles in financial services and mortgage lending with B2B Trust and Home Trust. Brian holds a BSc from McGill University and a BComm from Concordia University.

		David Downie Vice-President, Commercial Mortgage Origination David's career spans over 25 years in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Equitable Trust, David held the position of Business Development Officer at Peoples Trust focusing on CMHC multi-residential lending. He held similar responsibilities at First Line Trust and Security Home Mortgage. His banking experience also included the title of Branch Manager and Loans Officer for both The Bank of Montreal and Municipal Savings and Loan. David is a graduate of Wilfred Laurier University.

		David Yu Vice-President, Information Technology David has more than 25 years of experience in the Information Technology sector in a variety of IT operations and IT leadership roles. He joined Equitable Trust in 2006 and is responsible for all aspects of IT planning and operations. He held the position of VP of Architecture and Technology Management at AIM Trimark, a subsidiary of AMVESCAP, from 1997 to 2005 and was part of the AMVESCAP Global IT Infrastructure Management Committee. David holds a Bachelor of Science (Computer Science Specialist) degree from U of T and also a MBA from the Rotman School of Management.
